Envy 0.4.2-1ubuntu7 has been released

This one solves a few issues caused by the upgrade to the latest version of the Xserver in Edgy.

See the changelog:

   * Changed: disabled the Composite extension in Edgy
* Changed: blacklisted “nv” in /etc/default/linux-restricted-modules-common (to prevent API mismatch) in Edgy
* BUG: Envy causes warning when redirecting the errot to /dev/null in Edgy
* Changed: /etc/default/linux-restricted-modules-common is now required in Edgy
* Changed: the support for Geforce FX 6200 (ID = 0221) is in the list again
* Removed: the support for Debian Etch (temporarily)
